We have concentrated us for you on efficient production processes and high accuracy. Our aim is to improve continuously our processes and therefore our products. From our Quality Management System, we expect not only the simple elimination of errors, but finally the prevention of these.
Continuous quality improvement and cost optimization are not inconsistent for us.
The KAPP Quality Assurance optimizes and creates new process flows of our machine production according to the principle of process-oriented quality management. Other departments will be supported by the introduction of new processes.
The development, production and sales of grinding and dressing tools is certified according to the DIN ISO 9001: 2008 (pdf-download). Via profile measurement (100%-control) the quality consistency will be checked before delivery.
